We provide Australian customers with genuine Quick Heal and Seqrite software, local sales assistance, deployment services, licence management and first-level technical support.

• SS NovaTech Pty Ltd acts solely as an authorised reseller and distributor of Quick Heal and Seqrite products within Australia.
• Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, SS NovaTech does not manufacture, develop or modify the software supplied.
• Software functionality, threat detection capability, updates, patches, cloud services and product warranties are provided by Quick Heal Technologies Limited.

• Warranty coverage for Quick Heal and Seqrite products is provided by Quick Heal Technologies Limited in accordance with the applicable licence agreement and warranty documentation.
• SS NovaTech provides local customer assistance and facilitates warranty claims where applicable.

• Nothing contained on this website excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
• Where you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law, those rights remain unaffected.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• SS NovaTech is responsible only for services directly supplied by SS NovaTech.
• SS NovaTech is not responsible for software defects, malware detection accuracy, software updates, compatibility issues, service interruptions or cybersecurity incidents arising from the design or operation of Quick Heal or Seqrite software.
• Liability relating to the software remains subject to the manufacturer's End User Licence Agreement and warranty terms.

• All Quick Heal and Seqrite products are supplied subject to the End User Licence Agreement (EULA) issued by Quick Heal Technologies Limited.
• By activating or using the software, you agree to be bound by the applicable EULA.

• Information collected during product registration or activation may be processed by Quick Heal Technologies Limited in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
• SS NovaTech only collects personal information necessary to provide sales, billing and support services and manages that information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

Software licences that have been activated may not be refundable unless required by law.

Terms & Conditions

• By purchasing or using any Quick Heal or Seqrite product through SS NovaTech, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

• Products sold are genuine licences supplied by Quick Heal Technologies Limited through authorised distribution channels.

• Software is licensed, not sold.
• Ownership of all intellectual property remains with Quick Heal Technologies Limited.

• Prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
• Prices may change without notice.

• Payment is required before licence delivery unless a separate credit agreement exists.

• Licence keys are normally delivered electronically.
• Delivery times may vary depending on licence verification.

• SS NovaTech provides first-level support.
• Issues requiring software engineering or product fixes will be escalated to Quick Heal Technologies Limited.

• Warranty obligations relating to the software remain with Quick Heal Technologies Limited.

• To the extent permitted by law, SS NovaTech's liability is limited to the value of the product purchased or the re-supply of services.
• Nothing in these Terms limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of Victoria.
